A satirical comedy about a theatre troupe of Shakespearean actors who become part of the Polish resistance in World War II. They use their dramatic skills to save a Polish Armed Forces in the West pilot that was is hiding in Warsaw, and prevents the the Nazi forces from tracking resistance activists. The pilot is hidden in the house of a beautiful theatre actress, and love ignites in the midst of the war.
