Elizabeth, one of the four daughters of the Bennett family, insists on her right to choose a husband of her own choice, in contrast to the rigid social rules of the time, and especially to her mother's determination to marry her at any price to a rich gentleman. She finally vows that she never intends to marry. This vow will be put to the test when into her life enters Mr. Darcy, a rich and condescending bachelor who will shake her world.

The prejudices as well as their pride will be put to the test and transform into a romantic duel that will eventually produce one of the most charming couples in the literary world. An innovative and surprising adaptation of Jane Austen's well-known novel, which brings a new look at marriage and romance and their innocent victims, who has to learn the hard way the taste of love.
