David starts an e-mail-affair with a colleague. The potential for love is right at his fingertips. But David’s chilling confession reveals, piece by piece, the complex relationship with his wife, Jess. Jess loves David, but she also thinks she can buy her happiness; And their relationship deteriorates into a whirlwind of debt, love and disappointment.
A funny, dark and heartbreaking play; which challenges us to look at a disturbed world where love crashes on a turmoil of passions, materialism, and the pursuit of power and influence.
“Love and Money” by Dennis Kelly premiered at the Manchester Royal Exchange Theater in 2006 and now arrives at Yoram Levinstein’s acting studio
