Enemies, A love story
Based on a novel by Isaac Bashevis Singer

Set in New York City in 1949, the play follows Holocaust survivor Herman Broder, caught in an impossible tangle of three love-stories with three different women.
The first, a Christian Polish woman, who saved his life from the Nazis, later married him and came with him to New York.
The second, also a Holocaust survivor, a married woman living separately from her husband with her sick mother.
The third, his first wife, whom he thought was murdered along with their two children in Poland, now returning into his life as if coming from the dead.
A story about refugees, clinging to each other in body and soul without rest, on the verge of their new life in America, until the unexpected ending.
